R
DRAFT 2023-3-5 The letter R traces back to ProtoSinaitic Ras, and Proto-Semitic Rosh meaning head. It shows the circle of a person's head (sometimes with a dot for an eye) and the suggestion of a neck.

The letter R shares the same morphology of a Pharaoh's head with a beard, and importantly with the head of a horse. Each letter of the alphabet has a paradoxical aspect. In the case of R, the duality is simultaneously representing both Rosh (head) and Rump/Rear.

The meta-linguistic connotation also includes shooting star, arrow, meteor, and rocket. It is connected with things that fly like arrows, birds (letter r is the wings of a bird in flight. In the Wadi El Hol inscription 1 interpretation, the rosh serves to write rabi, lord and represent the roving star of Bethlehem. As it moves over the inscription, it creates different meanings.

Omniglot.com: archaic Latin Archaic Latin alphabet, the R looked like a D. Meta-linguistics spans this transition. R was originally, as seen in the Proto-Sinaitic alphabet, a head. It was a head in profile of a man or a horse.
