INTRODUCTION & SUMMARY
HIDDEN SYMB⨁LS IN THE ALPHABET presents a constellation of symbolic meanings for each letter of the alphabet. It shows how the meaning of words emerges pictograms of common objects like the sun, a hand, or a house. The letter M, for instance, represents a mountain, and seeds the meaning of mound, majestic, many, and climb. D is a rising sun, and is the foundation of words like DAWN, DAY and PERIOD. The symbolisms have been reversed-engineered from the study of many languages. This knowledge gives a strategic advantage in decoding many ancient and modern languages. *
An alphabet system is a compact sequence of signs which distill the most important elements of a world view. A number of different symbolic sign systems will be explored here. A, B, C, D, the first letters of the Latin alphabet encode, among other things, the four primary directions, such as above, below, central, and distal. A is an ARROW AIMING ABOVE. Many mountain ranges, such as the Alps, Altai, and Andes, employ the high altitude mountain peak symbolism of the letter A.
These keys unlock new worlds of imagination. Letters explode with new dimensions in this study, and blossom with unsuspected meaning. W, for instance, is an actor assuming such diverse roles as a WAVE of WATER, a CROWN, the GLOW OF DAWN, or a FLOWER. The letter W is a pair of WINGS in crow, owl, swan and the number TWO. W is animated, hip swinging, walking legs with diagonal strokes suggesting continuity of motion behind and in front. W is wheat waving wildly in the wind!
